Team coverage for large events: If you have a large conference or multiple breakout sessions, we can arrange additional photographers so no part of your event is missed.
Post-event editing: All images are carefully edited for color, exposure, and consistency with your brand’s aesthetic if needed. We ensure your company’s logo, products, and people all look their best.
Quick turnaround: We know businesses often need photos quickly. We offer a next-day sneak peek of a few key images (ideal for immediate social media updates or press releases). Full galleries are delivered within 5-7 business days, or faster upon request for urgent n
Half-Day Package
$1200
Ideal for shorter events, single-day morning or afternoon sessions, or partial coverage of a conference. This includes one photographer covering up to 4 hours.
Full-Day Package
$2000
Best for full-day conferences, conventions, or events that span an entire working day. One photographer will be available for up to 8 hours (with brief breaks coordinated as needed).
