  • Our Process

    We know planning an event can be overwhelming. Our structured yet flexible process ensures your photography experience is seamless:

  • 1. Consultation & Booking

    We start with a friendly consultation (in person or via Zoom) to learn about your event plans and vision. We’ll discuss your day’s timeline, important moments, and any must-have photos. Once you decide to book, a signed agreement and deposit will secure your date.

  • 2. Planning & Preparation

    As your event approaches, we’ll stay in touch. We help with photography timelines, coordinate with your planner or venue, and scout your locations if they’re new to us. You can send us a list of family formals, VIP’s or special details you want captured. We’re always available to answer questions in the lead-up to the day.

  • 3. Your Event Day

    Relax and enjoy every moment – we’ve got the photography handled. We’ll arrive early, follow the planned schedule, and adapt to any unexpected changes with ease. Our team will capture candid moments as they happen and guide you gently through beautiful couple and family portraits. We work as an unobtrusive part of your day, allowing events to unfold naturally.

  • 4. Editing & Delivery

    After the wedding, we carefully cull and edit the best images, ensuring each one meets our quality standards. Within about 4-6 weeks, you’ll receive a private online gallery of high-resolution photos that you can download and share. We’ll also design your album (for packages that include one) and provide options for prints or additional albums if desired.
